Storytellers Onboarding Process


We are excited we are now partners and we consider you part of the Storytellers family. The following process ensures a proper kickoff and implementation to eventually reach your goals for expanding your brand and driving exponential sales of your products. 

We also love to be transparent with our internal process so you have full confidence that we are hard at work even during the quiet phases of the project. Here is an outline of the entire onboard process and actionable steps. 

1. Complete the Onboarding Document

Please complete the Onboarding Document by clicking the button below. We use this document to collect all pertinent information our team needs to get started. Once we receive it we will quickly set up a time for our creative discover call. 

note: the creative discovery call cannot be scheduled without completing the onboarding document first!

2. Creative Discovery Call

The Creative Discovery Call is one of the, if not the most, important part of the Onboarding Process. On this call you will meet our Creative Director and Paid Media Director. On this call we will be running through a series of questions to help our determine who your ideal buyer is, audience metrics, campaign and creative and asset strategy, email strategy, any and all landing page and website updates, brand direction and communication, and any and all other information necessary for working on the campaigns.

3. Execution

Time to go to work! During this period our Paid Media, Creative and Integration teams will be hard at work developing, building, creating and executing on your campaigns. You will receive weekly updates from our team on where we are at to ensure our deadlines are met and your campaigns go live!

4. Review Call

Once our teams have finalized the campaigns we will set up a call with you and your team to go over all assets created, website changes, email, and paid media campaigns. Any and all questions are welcome during this call about how the campaigns work together with each other. If any changes need to be made after this call we will get straight to work and send video updates for approval from you to save time.

5. Launch!

Launch time! Once everything is approved all campaigns, email, landing pages, and any other assets pertained to the campaigns will be scheduled to go live!

6. Follow Up and Reporting

Upon launching the accounts campaigns our team will send weekly reporting for review, analysis and optimization along with a full report on all campaigns, website conversions and any other pertinent information. These reports won’t come for a few weeks until we have real data to report on (expect 30 days from go live). We will be reporting on many of the items below:

  • campaign performance, optimizations and improvements

  • website or SEO improvements 

  • email performance 

  • organic community performance (if applicable) 

  • influencer performance (if applicable) 

  • any and all other pertinent information about the account health, growth and optimization
