Administration

Communications Manager

Overview: As a communications manager, you will work directly with the founders to assist in managing all communications to our customers.

 

Within the next 1-2 months we will be scaling our company and  taking on many more e-commerce clients. Looking for for a self starter and highly organized person to assist with reporting, client communications, data analytics on ad spend, and support client implementation tasks.

 

We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and has a flexible schedule.

Paid Media

Senior Media Buyer

Be a rock star with running paid media for ecom projects. Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection and takeaways, and generally strive to “over-deliver” to clients. Bid/buy campaigns managing the ongoing real-time optimization of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded. Collaborate with media planners on upcoming campaigns determining best platforms, target audience, and creative strategies to implement to develop media plans. Monitor campaigns for performance ensuring campaigns are pacing accordingly, managing spend, troubleshooting campaigns, creating insights about performance, making updates accordingly and flagging potential issues to management.
 

Create and occasionally present client-facing campaign reporting: pacing reports, campaign build, ad-hoc analysis, and high-touch optimizations to ensure relevant metrics and insights are shown and make recommendations by condensing or strengthening key insights from campaign reports to optimize performance. Manage platform relationships regularly via: Facebook, Google, Youtbue, Pinterest, etc.


What We Are Looking For:

 

  • A year plus of experience as a Media Buyer within an agency or on your own as a contractor with entrepreneurial street cred. Education is great but we need someone who knows what to do. Experience trumps education. 

  • Some advanced skills in Excel is a huge plus but not required - including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros

  • Experience across buying/biddable platforms in any of the following: Social: Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube

  • You live for today’s digital & mobile consumer, driven, and hungry to succeed always looking to learn more.
     

  • You want to have an impact and is passionate about the work you do.
     

  • You are a self starter and can thrive remote without having to have someone push you. 

  • You are always looking to adopt new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients’ media strategies.

Data & Integration Analyst

We need a strong analytic and highly organized person to focus primarily on digital marketing data with the objective of providing dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to the advertising and management team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Ad dashboards, reports and ad-hoc analysis (ongoing marketing performance dashboards, post-campaigns reports, brand reviews, etc). Leverage all available analytics data sources (Facebook/IG Ads, Google AdWords, Youtube, etc...) to provide a comprehensive view of digital marketing performance and propose optimization. Interpret data, analyze using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Take initiatives to propose optimized data workflows and build automations and systems.

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • Experience running digital marketing campaigns in an e-commerce environment.

  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or similar position ideal. Proven experience with ad platforms analytics tools (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, ...).

  • Ability to work remote effectively with a cross functional team.

  • Ability to learn quickly, be a team player and manage change effectively.

Creative

Photography (Freelance)

We are looking for a highly creative still photographer to work with our Art Directors and Senior Graphic Artists to create highly engaging content for digital mediums with a focus on e-commerce products

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • Experience managing and producing product photography shoots.

  • Experience with lifestyle OR studio photography

  • Ability to work remote effectively with a cross functional team.

  • Ability to learn quickly, be a team player and manage change effectively.

Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer to work with our Art Directors to create highly engaging content for digital mediums with a focus on e-commerce products

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • Experience with Adobe Suite Products (Photoshop and Illustrator 

  • Experience with creating content built for social media publishing and email layouts

  • Ability to work remote effectively with a cross functional team.

  • Ability to learn quickly, be a team player and manage change effectively.
